Please be aware that while Telexperts-The Ship Centre can accept packages
on your account on behalf of FedEx Express (Air), FedEx Ground, DHL Express
(Air) and DHL Loomis (Ground), this is done strictly for your convenience.
It is your responsibility to complete your waybill and/or customs documentation.
Failure to complete the paperwork completely may result in delays and/or
extra costs for your shipment.
Please be aware that weather conditions here in Edmonton or in other
locations that the courier vehicles travel through may affect the delivery
time of your package(s). Ensure that you get your package prepared and delivered
to the courier as soon as possible to ensure that it gets there on time.

Courier Accounts
Telexperts-The Ship Centre can accept your parcel on your own or the
receivers account for shipment with FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, DHL Express
(Air) and DHL Loomis (Ground). We are NOT able to accept any Canpar
parcels on your or the receivers account. See Canpar for arranging a pickup
on your own account, or talk to the receiver about them issuing a pickup
tag for your Canpar parcel(s).
The following conditions apply to Telexperts-The Ship Centre accepting
your package(s) on your own or the receivers courier account:
- The account number for the courier MUST be included on
the waybill. Failure to include the account number may be reason for the
courier to refuse to take your package(s) until the account number is provided
by you. Telexperts-The Ship Centre is not able to look up your account
number.
- You have to have completed ALL waybill and customs paperwork
yourself. We are not able to complete your paperwork, although we can answer
questions as to what information to put where on the waybill and customs
documentation for international shipments.
- While Telexperts-The Ship Centre has blank waybills for the couriers
noted above if you do not have one, we do charge for the various customs
forms that may be required (at 10 cents per page or copy), as well as any
packaging materials you may need to properly package your shipment (prices
vary dependent on what materials are needed).
- Telexperts-The Ship Centre is NOT responsible for your
package(s) in any way for any reason whatsoever. We assume NO liability
for your package(s), their safety, whether it is picked up or not by the
courier, its packaging, damage, loss or delivery time. All responsibility
rests with the sender of the package(s) and/or the courier once the package(s)
are picked up.
- ALL FedEx Ground packages have a $3.00 charge per shipment,
no matter whose account they are being shipped on, due to costs imposed
on us by FedEx Ground.
If you do not agree with these terms and conditions for us to accept
and hold your package(s) for the courier to pick up and deliver them, please
have the courier pick up your packages from your location or deliver them
to the courier depots directly.

FedEx - Federal Express
"When it absolutely positively has to get there," you send
it with FedEx Express air service. With over 220 countries served around
the world, FedEx can get your package(s) there.
We can accept most envelopes and parcels up to 150 pounds in size. Maximum
package size and weight may vary by destination country.
Telexperts-The Ship Centre is able to accept FedEx Express shipments
on your account if you wish to drop them off here at no extra charge
to you. You will need to complete the necessary paperwork, including
proper customs documentation, and include your or the receivers FedEx account
number in order for FedEx to accept your package for delivery.
FedEx Ground shipments are scheduled for pickup the following day from
when we receive the package(s) as we currently do not have daily pickup
service. There is a service charge of $3.00 per shipment for any FedEx Ground
shipments dropped off at Telexperts-The Ship Centre, whether you have an
account with FedEx Ground or are using Telexperts-The Ship Centre's account.
Our daily pickup for FedEx Express is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.. Saturday
pickup service is available up to 12:00 (Noon) at an extra charge of $17.00
per shipment for FedEx Express. If you arrive after these times and FedEx
has already left, your package(s) would leave the next business day.

DHL Express/Loomis
DHL Express provides air service around the world. They are the only
major courier that provides air freight service into Cuba (corporate deliveries
only), Iran, Libya and North Korea, in addition to the other countries around
the world.
Telexperts-The Ship Centre accepts DHL Express packages that are shipped
on our account. If you have an account with DHL Express (Air) that starts
with 95, 96 or 97, you can bring your package in to Telexperts-The Ship
Centre at no extra charge to you for pickup If your DHL account
does not start with 95, 96 or 97, you will have to call DHL to authorise
DHL to pick up your shipment at Telexperts-The Ship Centre or to arrange
for a pickup at your location or to drop your package(s) off at their depot.
DHL bought Airborne Express in the USA. Airborne Express waybills have
to be taken to Purolator for them to deliver them to the USA. Telexperts-The
Ship Centre can NOT accept these waybills.
DHL bought Loomis Courier in 2003 to expand their air offerings to include
the Loomis ground coverage across Canada and into the United States. We
can accept DHL Loomis packages on your account for pickup by DHL Loomis.
Our daily pickup for DHL Express must be called in before 2:00 p.m. DHL/Loomis
pickups are near the end of business day, anywhere from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00
p.m.. If you arrive after these times and DHL has already left, your package(s)
would leave the next business day. We do not have any Saturday pickup service
for DHL Express or DHL/Loomis.

Canpar
Canpar-The Package People provides ground service across Canada and into
the United States.
Maximum package weight is 75 pounds per item for Canadian destinations
and 70 pounds for US destinations.
Telexperts-The Ship Centre is only able to accept Canpar packages that
are shipped on our account. If you have an account with Canpar, you will
have to call Canpar to arrange for a pickup or to arrange dropping your
package(s) off at their depot.
Our daily pickup for Canpar occurs anytime from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..
If you arrive after Canpar has been in to pick up their packages, your shipment
will leave the next business day. We do not have any Saturday pickup service
with Canpar.

Canada Post - Postage Stamps
Telexperts-The Ship Centre is an authorised Canada Post Stamp Shop, selling
different denomination stamps for your convenience. We do NOT
offer registered mail or other Canada Post specialty services. We do accept
prestamped mail that we take to the Post Office on an almost daily basis
as a convenience to our clients.
Canada Post rates for letters up to 30 grams are: Canada: .50¢,
USA: .85¢ and international: $1.45. (GST applicable to all stamp purchases).
Effective 2006 January 15, Canada post rates will increase to Canada:
.51¢, USA: .89¢ and international: $1.49. (GST applicable to all
stamp purchases)
Packaging Supplies
We offer new boxes in a variety of sizes and packaging materials for
you to securely send your items to their destination. We also stock the
standard FedEx and DHL packaging for your convenience when shipping with
either of those couriers. We do not force you to buy our packaging as some
other shipping places do.
