2003 May 12 - Jeannette Lindsay, nominated for "Outstanding Retail Service" at the 3rd annual You're Welcome Edmonton Customer Service Awards places in the top ten, earning an invitation to the awards ceremony held at the Winspear Centre. At the awards ceremony she proceeds to the top five and then places in the top three.

2004 July 31st - Reginald Wagner appears again on Talk To The Experts with Leslie Primeau on 630 CHED radio to discuss services offered by Telexperts-The Ship Centre.

2001 November - CFRN-TV visited Telexperts-The Ship Centre and interviewed Reginald Wagner on shipping just before Christmas, running the segment on their 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. news.

2000 Global TV was concerned on counterfeit currency and and visited us to talk about that and Western Union money orders. The segment ran on their news programs that evening.

2000 February - Access TV visited us and did a segment on people operating a business, interviewing Reginald and Jeannette. The show was seen on Access TV by a large number of Telexperts clients.

2003 Reginald Wagner, Jeannette Lindsay and Jeannettes son Michael Lindsay raise $1300.00 through the Cops For Cancer corporate challenge headshave in benefit of the Canadian Cancer Society.

2003 Telexperts again sponsors the Ride of Hope, a group of people raising funds for the Kids With Cancer Society by bicycling from Vancouver to Edmonton.

2000 January - Telexperts Communications organises a free seminar held at the Business Link covering fraud protection from counterfeit currency, fake credit cards and awareness of other such frauds. Presenters were from the Bank of Canada, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union and the RCMP.
